  • Worked in direct service with refugee and asylee clients who qualified for the childcare subsidy program.

  • Obtained referrals from caseworkers, organized case files of prospective clients as part of initial assessment, made home visits to clients houses, and assisted clients to their local DSS offices.

  • Created professional connections between the office of National Child Support Services in Baltimore and the IRC.

  • Assisted enrolling client's children into local Head Start, Pre-K, and Kindergarten programs.
